Your new company
You will be working for a well known Government Body, based in Southwark, on an interim basis for 3 months. The role will pay £23-£26 per hour and will start ASAP. Candidates must be available on 1 week's notice or less.

Your new role
Covering a secondment and reporting to the Senior HR Advisor in a team of 8, you will be working on disciplinary investigations and case work management, but will have the opportunity to move onto bullying and harassment, and sickness/absence cases. You will provide advice in person, over the phone and through email. As the majority of the work is completed on the phone, so candidates must be confident, credible and have a good telephone manner.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will ideally have previous experience of working in a large public organisation, working closely with trade unions, writing reports containing recommendations and findings and providing high quality advice on disciplinary, sickness and grievance.

You will work for one of the most well known Government bodies in Central London, and may have the opportunity to become permanent. You will be paid weekly, receiving £23 per hour via PAYE or £26 per hour via Umbrella company.
