I am working with a well-established leading housing association who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team based in Colchester. This role will look after the care and support client group of circa 400e based across North and South Essex. Following a merger of two housing associations the new organisation is a significantly larger, more diverse organisation, employing over 3,000 people.
Demonstrates experience of delivering commercially focused solutions within the care and support sector.
Experience of managing change projects.
Excellent knowledge of TUPE transfer.
Committed to developing, managing and delivering high quality customer-driven services, demonstrating best practice, and achieving best value.
Ability to network and build effective and productive working relationships and partnerships.
Ability to understand complex employment issues and information and translate, providing advice, support and guidance.
Up to date and practical knowledge of employment law and HR best practise.
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills with a particular strength for negotiating and consultation. Seeks constant change and improvement and challenges conventional working practices.
Proven ability to work under pressure/to short deadlines.
