HR Business Partner - Care & Support

I am working with a well-established leading housing association who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team based in Colchester. This role will look after the care and support client group of circa 400e based across North and South Essex. Following a merger of two housing associations the new organisation is a significantly larger, more diverse organisation, employing over 3,000 people.

Skills/experience required:

  • Demonstrates experience of delivering commercially focused solutions within the care and support sector.

  • Experience of managing change projects.

  • Excellent knowledge of TUPE transfer.

  • Committed to developing, managing and delivering high quality customer-driven services, demonstrating best practice, and achieving best value.

  • Ability to network and build effective and productive working relationships and partnerships.

  • Ability to understand complex employment issues and information and translate, providing advice, support and guidance.

  • Up to date and practical knowledge of employment law and HR best practise.

  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills with a particular strength for negotiating and consultation. Seeks constant change and improvement and challenges conventional working practices.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure/to short deadlines.
