HR Advisor

Your new company
Our Oxford based client is currently looking for an experienced HR professional to join their organisation on a 6 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will join the business as an HR Advisor and will have experience in managing HR procedures during a period of change in an organisation.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support to Manager's, advising them on appropriate HR procedures ensuring that this is in line with company policy. Other duties will also include; assisting with role mapping, reviewing consultation documents and also providing essential support to the company employees who may be affected by change.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR professional at an Advisory level and will be able to demonstrate a track record of dealing with change management within a large organisation, You will have good knowledge of UK Employment Law and legislation and hold the ability to maintain organisational confidentiality at all times.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £35,000 (dependant on experience) as well as the opportunity to work with an internationally recognised and long standing organisation. This is a full time role, however the client will look at various flexible arrangements.
