Your new role
As the HR consultant you will required to assist the HRBP in consultation meetings with employees across the North West business.
The business is currently going through a large period of change and you will be needed to consultant on issues such as flexibility in contract, restructure, redundancy, TUPE, Mobility and more. You will attend all consultation meetings with employees and help them to decide the best move for them.
You will give them guidance and advice and help the HRBP to decide on the best course of action.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience providing consultations previously as well as experience in redeployment. You will have expert knowledge in all manners of HR ranging from relocation and restructures to redundancies. You must be confident in providing advice and guidance and be comfortable in having difficult conversations. You must be available for the full 3 month contract and have a want to help and make a difference.
The role is a mobile role and you will be required to attend sites across the North West. For this you should have your own vehicle.
This role is offered on a 3 month basis initially and is paying a generous salary of £30K-£40k dependent on experience.
