We're currently working on a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Manager. This position will join a spin off business from a renowned financial services firm.
As HR Manager you will be joining at a time of growth and as a recently spun off business be leading implementation of HR initiatives, policies and procedures. Benefitting from the HR structure that is in place at the partner business, but needing nonetheless to use your creativity, initiative and experience to form suitable decisions and time frames.
Your key stakeholders would include the COO, Heads of business and you'd report to the General Counsel.
This role will grow with the business, and you'll need to be very hands on in managing recruitment, comp and performance reviews, employees development, reward & benefits, implementing a graduate programme, training and so on. A broad generalist role that will require you to be autonomous.
Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:
Have worked in an entrepreneurial environment, and financial services experience would be ideal
Have at least 5 years of experience in HR, and have recently operated at Manager level and feel confident in your ability to essentially build an HR strategy / function
Be comfortable working in a changing environment, and be experience partnering with C-levle stakeholders
