The business has market leading processes and ways of working, and a vibrant and diverse culture, with the ideal candidate being able to build upon these and absorb them into the candidate experience.

Ideal candidates...

  • You will be a solid recruiter, ideally with a blend of agency/in house, possessing a minimum of 4-5 years experience.
  • Be confident in managing full cycle recruitment process, bringing a balance of creativity, focus and determination
  • Excel in being able to source, engage and activate passive candidates, and the ability to dive deep into searches for hard to fill roles
  • Have solid tech and industry knowledge, with the ability to understand relevant tech skills and target companies.
  • Have strong consultative qualities, and be able to communicate across the business at all levels
