Your new role
As an HR Business Partner you will be part of a hugely successful HR team. This is a generalist role and you will have responsibility for providing business focused and best practice HR support to the tax area of the business. You will be a credible and commercial Business Partner and will support the Senior HR Managers to deliver strategic priorities, working collaboratively across the HR function to provide a seamless and first class HR Service. The role is based in the firm's prestigious Central London offices. You will have line management responsibilities of 3. This role will initially be a 12 month FTC with the intention of going into a permanent position.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a, a true HR generalist with experience in line management. You will be professional, confident and have the ability to influence both internally and externally. You will be of graduate calibre and be CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification. In previous roles you will have worked with Key Stakeholders across the business and have a track record of supporting business units.
