The purpose of the role is to focus primarily on the evolution and delivery of the Global Summer Internship and Associate Development Programs, a key source of strong diverse talent for the organization across the world. In addition, you will provide support to the wider L&D team with broader development initiatives.
Main responsibilities and duties of the role:
- Strategic design and implementation of the Summer Internship and Associate Development Programs
- Evolve the curriculum, and support the design of training material and session delivery
Ensure the global programs continue to reflect the needs of the business
Provide advice and support on learning and development issues
Coordinate end-to-end program logistics
Stay abreast of the global campus recruiting landscape, contributing to our targeted campus marketing and candidate attraction strategy
Collaborate on diversity initiatives to attract and retain strong diverse junior talent
Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team on application and offer acceptance metrics, creating strategy for change where required
Create and execute program surveys, recommending modifications to programs based on feedback
Drive process improvement for recruitment
Manage communications to internal and external stakeholders to create awareness, encourage support, and drive action
Support the wider L&D team in broader development initiatives
Early careers/junior talent development - Experience of leading organisational talent review processes and succession planning and development planning
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
Required experience in early careers and/or junior talent development. Ideally candidate has worked in similar industry, technology, financial services, energy or consulting etc.
Strong PowerPoint as well as other MS Office application skills
Advanced project management skills
Needs to have excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills. Has to help drive L&D strategy, process change and engage support across the business.
Advanced oral and written communication skills in all types of situations
Critical to the success of the L&D team and wider HR function. Needs to be comfortable with managing virtual teams and building global partnerships
