My client, a global commercial property firm, currently have an urgent Researcher/Resourcer role available on a 3-month basis initially. Suitable candidates must have previous candidate researcher / resource / headhunting experience, excellent communication skills and a polished and credible approach.

  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to highlight and attract talent to the business
  • Provide strong candidate short-lists
  • Screen and assess candidates and recommend to senior recruiters on searches
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and any associated implications for the business but also utilising this market knowledge to build future talent pipelines
