The HR Business Partner will report into the HR Director of EMEA and work closely with the aftermarket team. After a recent change in company structure, this role will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the EMEA sales and marketing team through periods of change and development
- Managing ad hoc projects and business change activity
- Leading in various business areas such as Learning and Development and Reward
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the EMEA regions ensuring positive communication
- Work successfully across a complex matrix team, maintaining strong relationships with sales, marketing and category directors
