Great role for a Recruitment Specialist with experience of creating toolkits and recruitment methodologies
My client is going through a significant period of change and development within their Recruitment/L&D function and they are now looking to appoint an interim for a 6 month basis, based across the Essex and London offices.
Working with the Heads of Talent and Learning, the role requires an experienced recruitment specialist to support them with the following role:
Develop selection toolkits, interview guides and guidance for hiring managers on induction. Provide in depth knowledge and advise on recruitment methodologies including competency, behavioural, scenario / role play etc and also experience of selection tools such as reasoning, inductive and psychometric assessment.
