Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading Global Technology company based in London/Berkshire to recruit an Interim Head of EMEA Compensation role. This position will be a standalone role and will report into the VP of Reward in the US and will be the lead for all Compensation and planning for the EMEA Region.

The EMEA region is c3000 employees with presence in over 20 countries and is made up of three main business areas. The Interim Head of EMEA Compensation will lead on all Compensation planning, strategy and partnering for the EMEA region, you will roll out Global Reward initiatives and tailor the Compensation strategy for EMEA.

This role will be pivotal to build relationships with the business and offer a hands-on client service, spending time with the heads of business to provide insight into market data and guidance on key hires and retention strategies, understanding the commercial drivers and enabling managers to make informed decisions on performance-based pay and equity.

The company culture is very fast paced, and relationships are built through good communication and credibility. Being able to build networks across the business, working intuitively and creating opportunities to influence are key to the success of this role. You will need to be comfortable operating independently and being able to "roll up your sleeves" whilst also having the gravitas and credibility to face off and present to the business.

In order to be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred

  • Proven compensation experience trends/costs and modelling outcomes

  • Experience working with compensation program design, competitive market analysis, forecasting

  • Familiarity with compensation compliance rules regionally

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Confidence to work directly with senior business leaders to ensure strong stakeholder management

  • Flexibility to travel between the two UK offices and some international if needed
