Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with this well-established, global supply chain organisation, in their search for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. You will be based in Solihull, working as part of a UK wide HR structure.
You will be required to support a single-site within this area, therefore there will not be a requirement to travel.
This is a highly commercial business that has grown through acquisition and you will therefore have experience of supporting culture integration and change management activities. You will also ideally have experience of providing a full end-to-end HR service, including the implementation of policies and procedures, appraisals, all recruitment activities and day-to-day advice and guidance.
- Ensure effective management of ER cases.
- Deliver key HR business objectives within budget
- Develop new and maintain existing relationships with both internal and externals customers.
- Support the development of employees.
You will be a commercially minded member of the CIPD with a full driving licence and a minimum of 5 years previous experience of working within a fast-paced HR function. You must be adaptable to change and have outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills in order to instigate and deliver change with Managers.
