HR Business Partner - Welwyn - £40-43,000 plus bens.
I am currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join my client where you will cover a few sites within the local area of Hertford. Reporting into the Director, you will be a key member of the Management Team and set the people agenda.
Duties and responsibilities will include:-
- Organisational Development
- Performance Management
- Workforce Planning
- Learning & Talent Development
- Employee Relations
It is essential that you have the following experience:-
- CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Up to date proven experience of managing disciplinary, grievance and absence management
- Experience of coaching Managers and delivering training courses
- Ideally experience of working in a multi-site role
