My client is a global Professional Services based near Gatwick. They are looking for a HR Senior Systems Analyst to join their team for an 18-month FTC. This role will be reporting into the HR Systems Senior Manager and will be focussed on the introduction of new development systems and processes.

Key responsibilities for this HR Senior Systems Analyst will include:

  • Having responsibility for overseeing the day to day maintenance of current HR and Development system

  • Act as a senior internal point of contact for queries received from the HR and Development team and the wider firm in relation to the system

  • Take responsibility for actioning upgrades, developments and enhancements required to current systems

  • Provide senior level support to the HR Systems Senior Manager on the creation and introduction of new systems and processes.

The successful candidate for the role requires:

  • A proven track record in a senior systems role

  • Ability to identify and instigate change and process improvement

  • A strong aptitude for data collation, report production and analysis

  • Strong levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks whilst working to meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

  • Experience of working with confidential and sensitive data
