An SME in Warwickshire is looking for an inspirational HR Director to help achieve the next stages of their business development.
This commercially minded organisation have a headcount of c.800 and a clear vision/goals for the next 2 years. Having grown considerably over the last 5 years, they are now the largest and most successful in relation to their competitors.
Managing a team of 6, you will drive the people strategy to support the organisations continues success. Working directly with the CEO and board, your role will be not only to guide your own team but also as a critical friend to the senior management.
Whilst this organisation has had proven success, a large element of this role will be to implement and support a change agenda - to include cultural change and process change. This will be vital in order to bring their staff together and align behaviours. Utilising the skills of your team, you will create a strong HR strategy which is commercially aware, has a strong L&D offer and clear appraisal scheme.
We are looking for:
A track record as a HR Director or Head of HR in a commercial organisation
A background as a HR generalist, able to offer guidance across the full HR remit including L&D, ER and Recruitment
Experience managing cultural change within an organisation
The ability to work strategically
Management experience, with a collaborative/coaching style
Ability to manage complex/challenging relationships
