HR MI Analyst - 5 Month FTC
Your new company
You will be working for a commercial organisation with a global presence, based in prestigious offices in Solihull.
Your new role
You will be responsible for maintaining the HR interfaces into other systems as well as: working with peers to identify and flag trends in data; providing insight and ensuring data quality; driving a consistent and standardised approach to our support model; developing and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
What you'll need to succeed
We need a self-starter who proactively investigates and improves, someone who isn't phased by problems as they love solving them, and who is consistently flexible and positive in dealing with stakeholders. Above all, we need someone who treats people's personal data with the care, discretion and confidentiality it deserves.
On a technical level, we need someone with Excel skills at an Advanced level; including but not limited to macros and complex formulas. Building and extracting datasets from systems will be also be a key skill requirement. Accountable for large sets of data, mass reporting and designing and building reports. You will be highly skilled in excel including pivot tables, vlookup and reporting.
