Reward & Benefits Advisor
Oakleaf Partnership are working with an international law firm as they look to hire a Reward & Benefits Advisor for a 12 month Maternity cover contract.
This role supports the Reward & Benefits Manager and is responsible for co-ordinating the day to day Reward & Benefits activities within the HR team.
The role's key focus is the communication and implementation of company benefits internally (i.e. private medical insurance, season ticket and computer loans, gym membership etc), and salary sacrifice benefits through the flexible benefits scheme.
The job holder will also take support the annual salary benchmarking and annual salary review process.
Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to link and assess the impact of reward and benefit policies and procedures is essential.
