Your new role
You will be required to come in and be the Employee Relations specialist with a particular focus on Redundancy. your duties will include:
- Managing the redundancy process from start to finish.
- Dealing with all of the redundancy consultations.
- Generalist ER casework
- Dealing with restructures.
- Conducting consultation to sites nationwide.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to have experience dealing with the entire redundancy process.
- Experience dealing with the entire consultation process
- Experience with restructures.
- Experience with high volume redundancies would be beneficial.
- Generalist ER knowledge
- You will need to be immediately available.
This role is offered until at least the end of September and may continue after that. The role is offering a generous salary of £30,000.
