You will be joining a organisation within the construction sector, who are about to go through a significant growth period.
Your new role
You will be joining the organisation as they go live with a significant contract win. As the sole HR professional for the organisation you will be leading a TUPE in of approximately 100 staff. This will include consultations, union negotiations and implementation of new contracts. Whilst this TUPE project will be your main focus, there will also be other ad-hoc HR tasks to complete during this period.
What you'll need to succeed
As this is a stand alone post, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who has a track record in leading and delivering TUPE projects. As this is an immediate requirement, candidates should be immediately available.
