My client promotes and creates innovative research and support for people with life changing illnesses across the UK. Working directly with leading professionals within their fields they not only continually discover medical developments but support the people that need it most. They are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources team.
Reporting the Head of HR this role will report into the Head of HR for Core Purpose and Central functions. Your directorate will be the Policy and Innovation teams which is a client group of 300. You will partnering with the Heads and Key Directors within your business areas to develop and deliver the people objectives and drive the employee engagement and business performance. This will include the delivery of ambitious people plans that support your individual directorates. Working with the wider HR, talent and L&D teams to ensure a seamless service to your client group.
Supporting a long established client group you will continue to develop and challenge senior leadership teams to have an commercial approach to management and support them on the delivery of performance management. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with your client group and manage expectations and deliver the overall HR strategy. Alongside your Business Partnering role you will also lead and deliver on organisational design work at department and team level with the support of the HR team.
This role requires a HR professional that is ambitious and has proven experience in a generalist HR capacity. You must have worked on complex ER case work and have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. You will have worked in a senior HR advisor level or junior HRBP role and looking to step up into a more senior level role within an established HR team. Experience working in the Third sector with a commercial outlook would be ideal but not essential and you must hold your CIPD or equivalent. You will be confident enough to handle day to day HR queries and a strong understanding of Employment Law.
