Head of People & Talent/People & Talent Manager

The firm

I am working with a growing management consulting firm who are looking to recruit a new Head of People & Talent/People & Talent Manager into their team. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and reporting directly into the partnership, this person will cover a broad role that encompasses Diversity, Talent, Staffing, General HR Policies and Strategy.

The role

As this role will be the firm's main HR contact (there will be supprot from a coordinator), the content of the role is extremely varied and will allow the opportunity to work extremely closely with the firm.

The person

This role will suit someone who is used to a partnership or professional services environment. The business are at a really exciting stage in their evolution and very much need someone who is comfortable in the grey; there is room to make a lot of changes within this role.


Depending on the level the firm appoint at, base salary will fall within the £55,000-£85,000 bracket
25 days annual leave
Bi-annual bonus (company-dependent and personal scheme available)
