Your new role
You will be a stand alone HR Advisor, responsible for the full operational day to day HR. A varied generalist role encompassing recruitment, providing advice and guidance, HR admin, managing sickness/ absence and providing HRMI to the management team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background in HR, ideally on a stand alone basis. You will likely be CIPD level 3 or level 5 qualified and be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
