Recruitment Manager

The Resourcing Manager role is the most senior person in the EMEA Resourcing Team and reports directly to the Head of HR. The position manages two direct reports, and controls all of the EMEA experienced and graduate hires.

Based in London the remit will cover EMEA and the role will not only cover hires in a number of different offices but they will also work with colleagues in other areas - US / Asia on larger projects and staffing requirements. This is a full end to end resourcing role covering multiple business areas and grades and will also be responsible for the strategic development of the department to add value and best service the business.

The Recruitment Team and the wider HR Team are on a journey to become more client facing and value add and this position will be a highly visible role where the successful candidate can really make a difference.


  • Managing the EMEA Resourcing team.

  • Management of the end to end recruitment process across a range of business areas and levels.

  • Helping the recruitment function towards a more value-add offering.

  • Think strategically on a number of areas such as recruitment branding, market positioning, candidate experience, analysis of effective hires, future hiring needs, cost savings and direct sourcing etc.

  • Sourcing of high calibre candidates through headhunting (direct sourcing), advertising as well as agency management.

  • Screening and qualifying of candidates.

  • Consulting and providing guidance and support as a recruitment expert to hiring managers / group & global heads.

  • Maintenance and updating of Applicant Tracking System.

  • Management of candidates and offer negotiation process.

  • Working closely with HR Business Partners and On-boarding team throughout the recruitment process.

  • Reporting & MI for EMEA Resourcing team

  • Headcount management for EMEA

  • Manage Graduate recruitment for EMEA.
