Our client is a highly innovative and international investment management firm based in the heart of London. A need has arisen to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner who will strategically support an intimate yet high touch business population both in the UK and internationally.
Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on a broad range of HR issues which will capture talent development, succession planning, organisational design and performance management. This role is supported by one direct report who you will be responsible for developing and plays a critical role in supporting the global HR Director execute the global people strategy. In addition to your generalist re-mit, you will have the opportunity to contribute creatively to a broad range of on-going HR projects where the HR team seek to innovate their HR offering to the business.
