Reward Manager

A global Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf is looking for two Reward Managers to join the team supporting the Commercial and Investment Banking divisions.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager will be responsible for partnering with the Global Banking Heads and shaping reward across Europe. This includes providing guidance on performance management, leading the annual pay review, executive compensation, policy guidance and providing advisory support to HR and the business on an ongoing basis.

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience managing reward within a matrix and global organisation

  • For the Investment Banking position, experience within Financial Services and knowledge of remuneration regulations will be key

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Excellent analytical skills
