Interim ER Manager
3 month contract
Our client, a high-growth property & healthcare business, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join the business on a 3 month contract. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join an interesting, highly successful business through a period of change.
You will be responsible for all human resources activities within this multisite environment, main duties will include but are not limited to:
Being the escalation point for all employee relations issues that cannot be managed by the HR Managers in the various premises
Managing high-level ER cases up to tribunals, and liaising with outsourced advisors to ensure the people vs business objectives are reached
Coaching and managing Managers in ER and employee engagement
You will also take the lead on projects including e-learning, talent & performance, reward and recognition and trainee programmes
The successful candidate will:
Have a strong track record as a senior HR professional gained within people intensive, customer orientated industries - hospitality, healthcare, property, facilities management and outsourcing are all identified as particularly interesting.
Be a practical, pragmatic down-to-earth individual who loves being business facing and is an exceptional relationship builder
Have an empathy and passion for the business combined with commercial awareness and the ability to deliver best inclass HR solutions
Track record of managing high volume ER cases
Be able to drive and have a car as this role will require you to visit different sites
Have the confidence to be assertive and push back to senior stakeholders
As this is an interim role, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
