Your new role
The Employee Relations Manager will provide comprehensive HR and employee relations service to schools across the region. Key responsibilities will include provide advice on disciplinary, grievances, performance management, attendance management, recruitment, redundancy and restructuring. The postholder will also manage HR project plus support organisational development, employee engagement, TUPE and change management programmes
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a passionate and committed HR professional with very strong complex case-management experience and excellent employment law knowledge. It is essential that candidates are CIPD qualified. Previous experience of the education sector is advantageous. A full driving licence and access to a car is vital.
What you'll get in return
The salary is £33,000 to £41,000 plus excellent benefits
