Talent & Development Manager

A well-established, highly-regarded, and entrepreneurial-minded Management Consultancy with a Global presence, this role will be based in the firms prestigious London Offices.

Your new role
This role will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, on-boarding, and training and development on a global scale. You will partner heavily with Senior Managers, business wide to develop and implement both Recruitment and training programmes across the business. This role will encompass not on the roll out of these plans, but the "hands on" recruitment & training, through to on-boarding and development of staff, with a particular focus on the firms London & Oxford presences. The role will also take ownership of the firm's Graduate program.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience rolling out large scale Recruitment and Training programmes, ideally within a multi-site professional service or consultancy environment. You will be a proven leader and have the ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive change. You will be "hands on" in your approach.
