My client is a leading financial services brand based in London with strong national presence. Due to internal growth and development of their individuals, they have a current need for an HR Business Partner.
This HR Business Partner will partner Divisional Managing Directors and their reports, taking responsibility for delivering the people plan to your specific client groups. They will lead key day to day business as usual activity, partnering senior stakeholder groups and supporting the Senior HR Business Partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the broader HR team to deliver people initiatives aligned to the strategic people plan.
Engaging respective Business areas with People activity aligned to the UK HR strategy.
Leading on projects on behalf of HR.
Business & Financial planning - interpreting Management Information and external insight to share with stakeholders, raising awareness and challenging thought.
Risk Management and Control - an awareness of complex disciplinary and grievances.
Working closely with the Change and Employment Law teams, supporting key change initiatives impacting the respective business area.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:
Proven HR Business Partnering experience in a volume business working across multiple locations and with different functions.
Managing multiple stakeholders, ideally within a regulated environment going through change.
Proven business knowledge and the ability to apply this to achieve commercial outcomes for your client group.
The flexibility to travel within your region and meet senior stakeholders on a regular business.
