Our client base in Coventry are looking for a HR coordinator to join their team. As a HR coordinator you will have the responsibility of delivering a consistently high-quality HR Administration support service to the organisation. You will report into the HR Manager and working closely with the HR advisor will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide administration support across all HR processes
  • Manging their time and attendance system
  • Support the ER advisor with employee relations enquires
  • Assist with absence management, ensuring policy is followed
  • Assist with ad hoc activities including, payroll and benefit processing
  • Manage occupational health visits

The ideal HR coordinator

  • Previous experience working within a HR team in a faced paced environment
  • Experience in an administration role
  • Experience dealing with ER issues
  • CIPD qualified
  • Previous experience with SAP and Kronos
