Your new role

Your role will be a very varied role. You will provide the administrative support for all of the HR processes throughout the employment cycle. You will assist the payroll and recruitment team as well as the HR team as a whole and also assist with the admin of the pension and benefits schemes. You will provide admin support to the recruitment campaigns which will include, inviting candidates for interviewing, delivering feedback and supporting in the final stages of the recruitment process.
The role will also involve a variety of other generalist assistant need including being the first point of call service to employees and manager effectively handling queries and providing information to internal and external customers using appropriate forms of communication.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need previous experience in a similar HR administration / support role and experience working in a busy environment providing quality, accurate admin support. You must have a basic understanding of HR processes and procedure and have experience working with HR systems or something similar in an accurate and timely manner.
You must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written and be able to explain situation clearly and concisely. You will be comfortable working as part of a team in a large busy environment and be comfortable working towards deadline whilst still delivering quality service.


What you'll get in return

In return you will be offered a temporary assignment with an opportunity to go permanent paying a generous starting salary of £19,000 which has the potential to increase based on service.
