Hybrid Recruiter - Compliance, Legal or Risk

Our client, a global investment bank, are looking for a hybrid recruiter to join an established team and manage end to end recruitment whilst supporting and engaging with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact to provide an end to end recruitment service
  • Build, develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop candidate pipeline
  • Directly source candidates

Required Experience:

  • Significant recruitment experience with knowledge of compliance, legal or risk.
  • Experience of engaging with senior stakeholders and business partners
  • Desire and passion for hands on delivery
