Hybrid Recruiter - Compliance, Legal or Risk
Our client, a global investment bank, are looking for a hybrid recruiter to join an established team and manage end to end recruitment whilst supporting and engaging with stakeholders across the business.
- Act as the point of contact to provide an end to end recruitment service
- Build, develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain and develop candidate pipeline
- Directly source candidates
- Significant recruitment experience with knowledge of compliance, legal or risk.
- Experience of engaging with senior stakeholders and business partners
- Desire and passion for hands on delivery
