As a HR Data and Reporting Analyst, you will report into the People Analytics Manager and be responsible for the following.
- Collect, analyse and report on HR data using in depth analysis and insights
- Advise the team on solutions and recommended improvements
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, undertaking analysis of employee data to support decision making on ad hoc projects
- Assist in developing the internal capability of the HR function
This is an ideal role for an individual looking to expand and develop their skills. Experience cleansing and interrogating data sets within HR is essential.
