An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in Central London for a large organisation within the financial services sector as an HR & Payroll Assistant. In this role you'll be reporting to the Deputy HR Manager.
Your new role
In your new role as HR & Payroll Assistant, working in the busy London office, you'll be exposed to a wide variety of functions, working to support the HR team. You'll be managing the monthly payroll and be responsible for taking ownership of all payroll procedures. You'll also be dealing with benefits and pensions admin, generating contracts, assisting with the on-boarding and leaver process, and will act as the first point of call for all HR & Payroll queries.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as an HR & Payroll Assistant in this fast-paced London office, you'll need to have strong experience managing monthly payroll procedures. Furthermore, you'll have strong attention to detail, an enjoyment for working with numbers, and be analytical in your nature. You'll be a strong team player, and have the confidence to speak with senior stakeholders in an informative and assertive way. Strong payroll experience is a must to be successful in this role.
