The HR Business Partner is a key and active member of the UK leadership team. Drive and implement the HR People Plan supporting the achievement of business objectives through driving a high performance culture, focusing on; organisation design reviews and implementing improvements, resourcing and workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, talent management and succession planning, and associated interventions across the business.
Our client is a reputable local business going through an exciting period of change. They are a growing SME within a challenging and fast-paced sector, with a great deal of scope for change management projects within the HR team.
Working as part of a broader HR team, you will be for owning a client group across the UK business. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will also have a dotted reporting line to the operational and commercial business heads. With a rapid growth agenda - candidates should have demonstrable experience of working in fast paced environments and be comfortable matching the people agenda closely to the strategic commercial priorities, these priorities can conflict across the business areas. You should have a full generalist skill set with a focus on talent, change, organisational design as well as a deep appreciation of the wider employee life cycle.
You should have a background in fast paced businesses in the private sector. With a full generalist background, you should have experience of working as a HR Business Partner, supporting business leaders deliver their strategic plans. Commerciality should underpin your typical decision making style and you must have strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for ownership and accountability. Experience of working across multiple sites would be an advantage as would experience of working in a PE acquisition / portfolio led environment. Experience of driving cultural change and integration would also be of interest to my client as they may well make their first acquisition this year.
Salary of up to £60,000 plus bonus
