Global Generalist Recruiter, 12 months plus, Hammersmith, £220 - £270 per day

You will be joining an international leading aviation firm based in Hammersmith
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing all international hires around the globe including Australia, US and South Africa. These roles can range from cabin crew, airline managers to more senior roles including director level. The roles will cover all operational and commercial functions and therefore you must be a generalist recruiter. You will also have the opportunity to travel occasionally visiting the globe for recruitment purposes and be confident at talent mapping and liaising with senior stakeholders in the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience working in a global organisation looking after global accounts. You will need to flexible with timings as you will often be liaising with the international business and attend to conferences based in the US and elsewhere. There will often be travel (2-3 days in a week) to countries including Australia, US and South Africa.
