A well known financial services business currently have a need for a Recruitment Administrator on a 3 month basis initially.
Working closely with recruiters in the team this role will be responsible for the coordination of complex interview scheduling across multiple locations, including telephone and video conferencing. Additional responsibilities include job uploading, database management, candidate management and feedback.
They are looking for an organised administrator with excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a strong administrative background but do not need to specifically come from HR/Recruitment.
Candidates must be immediately available or on a short notice to be considered.
