The client is currently going through an HR restructure moving towards a true BP model. This role will be key to helping the new position HR has in the business.
The client is still in the process of establishing their dedicated ER team so the successful applicant will need to work on some high level, high profile ER cases as part of the contract.
This is a true HR Business Partner role, helping to embed an Ulrich model throughout the organisation.
You will be partnering Heads of Departments and Managers to push their people agenda in terms of attraction, retention and engagement. A key focus will also be management development.
This role is partnering an academic client group so emotional intelligence and a flexible, dynamic approach is essential.
The successful candidate will have several years experience operating in a true Business Partner model, preferably in a High Education setting. You will have worked with highly intelligent, demanding stakeholders before and have a proven track record of developing strong relationships quickly.
