You will be joining a global leading business, enabling other organisations to advance the safety and sustainability of their business by specialising in maritime, oil and gas, energy, business assurance and software.
Your new role
You will be working with senior stakeholders in the business providing advice and guidance on policies and procedures. Moreover, as a HR Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for HR queries that the shared service centre are unable to assist on due to the complexity or nature of the query. You will need to be able to manage ER cases from start to finish including absence/ sickness management, disciplinary/ grievance cases, performance management and flexible working requests.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to ideally come from a corporate background and have worked in international businesses. You must have a CIPD qualification and be able to travel very little across the country when needed.
