HR Officer - St Albans - £30-35,000 plus benefits
Great opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join this well established HR team in the commercial sector. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will provide HR expertise including handling a range of employee relations issues, recruitment, training and development and the ability to build strong working relationships and communicate across all levels.
Responsibilities will include:-
- Recruitment - graduate trainee/apprentice
- Overseeing absence management
- Employee Relations
- Staff Inductions
- Staff Appraisals
It is essential that you have experience in a similar role ideally within a professional environment where you have held a generalist position. They do have other sites so travel weekly will be required.
