- Mapping the market and sourcing candidates using LinkedIn
- Shortlist suitable candidates
- Managing the applicant tracking system
- Screening graduate level CVs
- Will ideally have 6-months exposure to recruitment
- Will be educated to degree level or equivalent
- Prior use of LinkedIn/Job boards would be desirable
