Recruitment & Development Assistant - Legal
A top international Law Firm, based in London are looking for a Recruitment & Development Assistant to join the team. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment & Development, this role provides support to the Recruitment and HR team. As the Recruitment & Development Assistant, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
managing and maintaining all relevant software's
securing bookings with target universities for law fairs and updating campus tracker and organising company attendance
organising logistics for external events, ensuring travel has been arranged etc.
booking rooms and arranging catering along with organising internal speakers
supporting Diversity & Inclusion team with graduate related events
providing administrative support in all aspects of arranging assessment centres for future trainee candidates
helping to organise vacation scheme and other relevant graduate programmes
producing offer paperwork for candidates, scanning and saving to the HR database etc.
helping to manage the Recruitment inbox and telephone helpline
supporting the Senior HR Advisor for Trainees and Learning & Development Advisor to schedule inductions
supporting with HR international team with the secondment process where necessary
