A London headquartered Law firm based in The City, are looking for a Learning & Development Assistant to join their team. As the Learning & Development Assistant, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Administering, organising and coordinating development programmes

  • Coordinating the trainee professional skills course

  • Managing the learning management system

  • Managing the Learning & Development calendar and programme of events

  • Budget and invoicing

  • Managing and updating the Learning & Development section of Intranet

  • Coordinating of the requests for language lessons

  • Other activities such as coordinating team diaries and scheduling training, researching suitable external training programmes to follow up training needs to support L&D team

As the Learning & Development Assistant, you will possess:
