I am looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager based in Berlin for an upscaling Startup.
The role will be responsible for:
- Directly source candidates for hard to fill, niche roles, utilising a variety of sourcing methodologies to find leading talent within the market.
- Develop strong relationships with third party suppliers, monitoring performance to ensure value for money and expected service and performance levels.
- Ability to shape and drive long term strategic relationships with senior leaders.
- Direct responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Developing marketing activities.
- Building talent pipelines.
- Previous managing experience.
Very good written and verbal English and German is essential for this role.
