My client, a leading hospitality business based in North West London are currently looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join their growing team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
- Designing and delivering reward communications such as total reward statements
- Leading on reward processes including yearend, bonus reviews, benchmarking and market analysis
- Working on and managing company recognition schemes
- Project work such as assisting with the redesign and shaping of the reward strategy
We are looking for a candidate who has strong reward experience including working on undertaking job evaluations and market benchmarking and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
