Compensation Analyst

My client, a London based Financial Services firm are currently looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Compensation Analyst you will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Communicating packages and providing bonus delivery illustrations

  • Producing modelling on bonus capping

  • Coordinating annual processes with initiatives managers (compensation, promotions etc)

  • Providing accurate MI on compensation and initiatives through reporting, benchmarking and external market information gathering

  • Monitoring guaranteed and conditional bonuses against company standards

We are looking for someone with compensation experience, who has worked within financial services and has strong analytical and numerical skills.
