Talent Advisor

A leading insurance firm based in the City are looking to recruit a Talent Advisor to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Owning and managing the formal early careers programmes

  • The line management of graduates who are on rotations within the business

  • Supporting early careers recruitment

  • Managing the delivery of the UK and international induction programme

  • Ensuring a consistent talent development service is provided across all business areas

  • Scheduling and administering the agreed training plan with identified suppliers across the business

  • Being an implementation partner on internal development initiatives that meet business requirements and goals

  • Being the point of contact for managers and employees in all areas of talent development

  • Developing strong business relationships by being a trusted, responsive advisor

  • Supporting tyhe annual talent managemeny cycle as required

  • Supporting strategic HR projects including talent, early career and recruitment

The successful candidate will:

  • Have prior experience of the talent development and early careers recruitment within a fast moving, international, acquisitive business

  • Be able to communicate talent management and early careers information to the business in a commercial and pragmatic way

  • Be able to demonstrate competency in the use of social media and other external means of promostting the company and attracting hie calibre talent

  • Be organised with a high attention to detail

  • Have high levels of integrity and discretion

  • Have a professional attitude and strong inerpersonal skills

  • Enjoy working in a hands-on team and be flexible
