Do you have experience of expatriate compensation and reward? Due to company growth we are looking for a Global Mobility Reward Adviser to join this great in-house team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract in Central London.
You will help to negotiate and communicate job offers in line with global mobility and reward policies. You'll support with annual salary and bonus review processes, and take part in global mobility and reward projects throughout the year. You'll benchmark salaries and benefits and keep HR and Global Mobility systems data up to date.
You will need strong expat management skills and experience of dealing with senior stakeholders. You must be confident and have excellent, demonstrable negotiation skills. You must have excellent knowledge of expatriate reward including COLAs, hardship allowances etc. You should have strong knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Successful candidates are likely to have several years of global reward experience already.
