Are you a compensation analyst with experience of working in a financial services reward function? Do you want to work for a global bank in an open, friendly and supportive team? We are looking for a Regulatory Compensation Analyst to take up a full-time, permanent position in the City.
You will analyse and manipulate compensation data. You'll produce regular reports on Material Risk Takers (MRTs) and share them with regulatory bodies including the FCA. You'll also communicate compensation packages to the business. You will help with data cleansing and modelling.
You will need a minimum of one years' compensation analysis experience but more experienced applicants will also be considered. It is essential that you have worked in financial services before, and previous experience of executive compensation or regulatory compensation is highly desirable. You'll need great Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. You must be able to work in a high-pressure environment and work with large amounts of data.
